Dental electroforming enables the production of self-supporting metal frameworks made from pure gold through a controlled electrochemical process. The technique avoids conventional casting and sintering while supporting precise, reproducible, and highly esthetic dental constructions.

GAMMAT® optimo 2
The GAMMAT®optimo 2 is a fully automated system for producing up to 13 electroformed components per cycle. The process is initialized through chip cards and controlled automatically, helping laboratories achieve repeatable results with straightforward operation. The equipment can be used for combined restorations on zirconia, precious metal dental alloys, and non-precious metal dental alloys. An integrated recycling process recovers residual gold from the process solution.
Efficient Gold Utilization
A central advantage of the GES process is that only the amount of gold bath required for the respective restoration is used. ECOLYT is a sulfite-based gold bath containing dissolved fine gold. The remaining gold content can be recovered through the recycling function integrated into the system.
