Dental Alloys for Reliable, Durable, and Esthetic Restorations in Modern Laboratories
Precious metals are among the most established materials used in dental technology. Biocompatibility, durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term material value are central characteristics of Heimerle + Meule precious metal dental alloys.
For more than a century, we have been involved in the research, production, and continuous development of dental alloys. Today, our portfolio includes precious metal alloys, bio dental alloys, and non-precious metal alloys for a wide spectrum of indications and processing methods.
Precious Metal Dental Alloys
The PLATINOR®, AUROPLADENT®, ECONOR®, and BEDRA DENT® product families provide alloy options for different indications, processing requirements, and esthetic objectives.
High-Gold Alloys
High-gold casting and ceramic alloys for demanding dental restorations.
Reduced-Gold Alloys
Casting and ceramic alloys designed to combine precious metal properties with economic efficiency.
Universal Dental Alloys
Versatile alloys suitable for multiple indications and processing techniques.
Palladium-Based Alloys
White dental alloys for selected ceramic and restorative applications.
Bio Dental Alloys
BEDRA DENT® alloys are designed for applications with demanding biocompatibility and corrosion-resistance requirements.
Non-Precious Metal Alloys
The ECO NEM range provides cobalt-based or cobalt-chromium dental alloys for model casting and ceramic veneering. The alloys are nickel-free and beryllium-free and are available in different hardness levels and packaging sizes. Depending on the selected material, the portfolio supports model-cast constructions, attachment and telescopic restorations, tertiary implant constructions, and ceramic-veneered restorations.
Coordinated Solders and Wires
Suitable dental solders and laser wires complement the alloy portfolio. First and second solders are available for different alloy systems, while laser wires are offered in selected dimensions. Detailed material data sheets provide information about composition, processing, compatible solders, working temperatures, and recommended applications.
